What specific goals or objectives did you hire Thespacecode to accomplish for your logistics and transport business?

We hired Thespacecode to develop integrated transportation and billing software tailored to our logistics operations. Our primary goal was to connect our daily fleet dispatch with our financial workflows. 
Specifically, we needed a system that could automate route dispatching, capture digital proof of delivery, and instantly generate accurate invoices based on complex freight tariffs, distance, and fuel surcharges. The objective was to eliminate manual data entry, reduce billing cycles, and prevent revenue leakage.

Can you describe the scope of work Thespacecode handled for Maa Ambey Transport?

Thespacecode was engaged to design, develop, and deploy a custom, end-to-end transportation management system (TMS) integrated with automated billing and invoicing software for Maa Ambey Transport. The project aimed to transition our traditional, manual logistics operations into a unified, digital ecosystem to improve dispatch efficiency and eliminate billing delays.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our invoice generation time dropped by nearly 70%. Invoices that used to take days to calculate manually are now generated and sent instantly upon delivery. Manual billing errors and tariff miscalculations were reduced to zero thanks to the automated freight calculation engine. Our dispatch and accounting teams save roughly 15–20 hours a week on administrative paperwork, allowing them to focus on handling more shipments. 
We saw a 95% reduction in billing errors and a 20% increase in weekly shipments.The software significantly improved our cash flow by accelerating the entire billing cycle. Previously, billing was delayed until physical proof of deliveries (PODs) were manually collected. 
Now, digital PODs are uploaded instantly on delivery, triggering the billing engine to generate and email invoices immediately. This slashed our average collection period from 25 days down to just 12 days, radically reducing outstanding receivables and ensuring much faster corporate payment approvals.

How did Thespacecode perform from a project management standpoint?

Thespacecode’s project management was highly organized and transparent. They delivered the entire platform strictly within the agreed-upon six-month timeline. They set clear milestones for the design, development, and testing phases, keeping us updated throughout the project. Their communication was proactive, and they were always quick to respond and address any adjustments we requested without stalling the schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Their deep understanding of workflows was highly impressive. Instead of just following a checklist, they truly understood how our dispatchers and drivers operate, allowing them to perfectly bridge the gap between complex operations and automated billing into one seamless platform.

Are there any areas they could improve?

While the overall delivery was excellent, one minor area for improvement would be providing user training manuals or video walkthroughs slightly earlier in the process. Because the automated billing system was entirely new to our accounting team, having those training resources a week or two before final deployment would have made our internal transition even smoother.
