What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Following the launch, we saw a noticeable uplift in website traffic and stronger user engagement across key pages. Conversion rates improved, and customers spent more time exploring products, indicating a smoother and more compelling user journey. We observed an approximate 25%–30% increase in website traffic within the first few months. We also saw a noticeable increase in online sales following the launch, along with more repeat purchases.

Overall, the experience was very positive, and there were no major issues. If anything, an even more detailed upfront roadmap could have helped align expectations slightly earlier. However, Themetrek was always receptive to feedback and quick to make adjustments.
