I’m the co-founder of AZTravel, a startup travel company.

We needed their team's development expertise.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Terkwaz Business Solutions designed and developed our MVP from scratch. We initially discussed our project brief with their team, including our design and functionality preferences. Our MVP aimed to help travelers build itineraries and connect with other travelers and planners who are also using the platform.

They started by building the framework and accomplishing the prototype — once they secured our team's approval, Terkwaz Business Solutions implemented the necessary development solutions to complete our mobile-friendly application. They incorporated a database of planners into our system, so travelers could access that when they need help with their itineraries. Their team also conducted API integration to complete our app's planning system.

What is the team composition?

We interacted with about 4–5 resources from their team, including their developers and an account manager.

The project ran from January–September 2020. Terkwaz Business Solutions accomplished all their deliverables, and we hired one of their resources to focus on providing technical support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Terkwaz Business Solutions believed in our ideas and did their best to creatively bring those to life. They went above and beyond in developing solutions that met our budget, quality, and timeline expectations. More importantly, their team put together a well-designed and multi-language platform with reliable front- and backend systems and even offered services out of our agreement to ensure that everything was delivered according to our standards.

How did Terkwaz Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via WhatsApp and email and relied on Confluence for project management. Terkwaz Business Solutions had a dedicated account manager who stayed on top of things to ensure that their team was working promptly to meet our project goals. My partner and I had full-time jobs, and their team coordinated with us proactively to make for a smooth engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can't say enough good things about Terkwaz Business Solutions' team — they respected our budget and delivered innovative solutions and suggestions that elevated the quality of our product. They proved that they were the best developers in our region.

Are there any areas they could improve?

While they were a highly dependable partner, I would've appreciated it if they spoke less technically, considering that we didn't have any background in software or app development.
