I’m the managing director of 7 star solutions, a creative digital agency specializing in branding, design, and innovative marketing solutions that help businesses stand out and grow.

What challenge were you trying to address with TenX Solutions?

We hired TenX Solutions to revamp our brand visuals and digital presence. Our goals were to create a modern and visually engaging website, along with high-quality animations and marketing graphic content. TO sum it up, we wanted someone to help us reflect our identity more professionally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TenX Solutions handled the complete design revamp of our brand. Their scope of work included UI/UX design for our website, custom illustrations, brand-oriented graphic content, and several high-quality animations for web and marketing use. They also worked on motion graphics that were used in our social media and client-facing presentations. 

The main deliverables included:

• A fully designed and responsive website UI/UX
• Branded visual assets and design templates
• Animated elements for web sections (like banners and feature highlights)
• Explainer-style motion graphics for product/service overviews
• Social media animation clips and promotional visuals

TenX Solutions took care of everything from concept to execution and was actively involved in refining the visuals to match our brand personality. The final deliverables exceeded our expectations in creativity and polish.

What is the team composition?

For our project, TenX Solutions assigned a dedicated team of around 4–5 professionals, including UI/UX designers, graphic designers, animators, and a project manager.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project with TenX Solutions began in January 2024. It was initially planned as a four-month engagement focusing on design and animation, and we successfully wrapped up the main deliverables by April 2024. However, we continue to collaborate with them on ongoing updates and new animation requests, so the partnership is still active.

The project with TenX Solutions brought several clear, measurable improvements for us:

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with TenX Solutions was excellent. If we had to suggest one area for improvement, it might be to provide a bit more frequent status updates during certain phases of the project to keep all stakeholders even more in the loop. 

That said, their responsiveness and willingness to adapt made up for this, and it didn’t impact the quality or delivery timeline in any meaningful way.
