Tekene organized our data into several dashboards and created custom reports via PowerBI. They have also created several microservices to integrate data outside of our core database.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a clear scope of work, with regular meetings to update progress. Once items in the project were delivered, we had an evaluation period to make adjustments. There is ongoing communication regarding maintenance and tweaks to our existing infrastructure. We use the tools built by Tekne on a daily basis.

Items were delivered on time, with communication about progress. They are very responsive and provide clear timelines and meet deadlines. I've had consistency in project manager across our entire relationship.

They're very talented at data aggregation and visualization and work hard to create custom solutions based on our needs. They are bilingual in English/Spanish and offer great value for cost.
