Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Sahajanand Gaave. We produce Indian classical music and publish it on YouTube. I work with several composers for whom I coordinate musicians and instruments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tej Studio?

I needed them to help me update 200-year-old photos. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the start of the project, Tej Studio copied and Photoshopped photos and films that I had that were 200 years old. Then, they created my logo based on an old painting I had, which was then uploaded to my YouTube channel and added to my business cards. 

Now, Tej Studio provides my company with video production services. They use the logo they’ve created in the videos, which they edit and add sound effects to. Their team uses their studios and equipment to produce each video. 

What is the team composition?

There have been several teammates working on this project, but I only have contact with one teammate who acts as the project manager. 

How did you come to work with Tej Studio?

I found Tej Studio online on Justdial. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested over $12,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The main purpose of the videos is to get them trending online, and we get most of our feedback through online comments. All of the comments on our videos have been positive. Also, viewers have come to me and requested Tej Studio’s contact information because they’re so impressed with the videos. 

How did Tej Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We don't use any project management software. Usually, we communicated through email, which was where Tej Studio relayed the videos. Tej Studio always makes sure to deliver my project on time. 

I’ve actually traveled to India and saw their studio, which is quite large. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is nice, helpful, and supportive. I’ve always gotten more than what I expected from them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t had any complaints about their services. However, I’d appreciate it if they expanded their team globally. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

First of all, I’d suggest contacting them because they’re very skilled. Customers will get the best possible deliverables from Tej Studio, especially if the job is graphic design.

I had chosen Tej Studio from one of my friends who recommended.

Tej Studio has done entire Social Media Marketing through the different media, and they made wonderful various designs for my company logo, letterhead and all.

After having worked with Tej Studio, I got a lot of inquiries from the market for my business.

It was really a fair communications with entire team of Tej Studio for the progress of the work and everything was going in to our expectations

I have met many people for the designing work for my company, but i was not as satisfied as I am from Tej Studio, Because they have excellency
