I am the Chief Technology Officer at Videate. We automate the process of creating videos for training, marketing, and sales purposes.

What challenge were you trying to address with TEEM LLC?

We wanted UX design for our existing Console and our new Studio products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marko specifically handled all the UX design work for the new Studio product, including designing the interface, menus, layout, icons, font, color scheme, and various workflows. He also addressed UX improvements needed on the legacy console.

Pricing fit our budget, there was a great culture fit, and we saw good value for cost.

The project started in January 2024 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We used LogRocket and customer feedback loops to measure impact and success. Metrics such as time to create videos, change personas, upload assets, and search for entities were all tracked. After the UX work, the time to create videos was reduced by at least 50% compared to the original console. The time to make modifications and change personas was improved by about 75% with the new drag-and-drop timeline interaction.

What was your primary form of communication with TEEM LLC?

We primarily communicated through virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

How did TEEM LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very hard working and delivered what was asked on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very malleable, took a lot of constructive feedback, and worked hard to roll out advanced solutions and improvements. Their expertise with Figma was also impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only challenge was occasional audio issues during Zoom meetings.
