JMWE is a top-selling and top-rated Jira app in the Atlassian ecosystem. As the demand for JMWE grew, we needed to scale our development team quickly. So I turned to TECUNIQUE, which provides dedicated workforce teams for software development and quality assurance. 

Since I was already familiar with TECUNIQUE from working with them in his previous company, it was an easy transition. For several years, being almost fully integrated into our small company, TECUNIQUE provided QA and Software Development services assistance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For years we have worked closely with the several dedicated members of the the TECUNIQUE team, and thanks to this partnership, Innovalog expanded and grew in popularity, leading to its acquisition in October 2020. I credits much of the app's success to our partnership with TECUNIQUE.

While it took some time for TECUNIQUE to adapt to our demanding working style, their commitment to making things work was impressive and the team always delivered on time. We counted on TECUNIQUE engineers to challenge our solutions, communicate openly without reservations, and ensure that the team solved customers' problems in the best possible way, and they always delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were demanding in our software development efforts and in quality assurance and 3rd-tier customer support and TECUNIQUE was helping us with that. The most impressive part was how quickly they were able to expand the team when needed. As a result, JMWE has earned a near-perfect score in the Atlassian ecosystem with a top star average.

Initially, establishing open communication with the TECUNIQUE team required some clarification. Our approach is to be straightforward to identify the optimal solution, yet initially, certain team members appeared somewhat cautious and diplomatic. 

Nonetheless, within a few weeks, the communication barriers were dismantled, allowing for very open exchanges. This enabled the team to consistently offer feedback, particularly when suggesting alternative solutions, which ultimately led to the development of a superior product.

They have the responsibility of defining, implementing and maintaining the test plan and report defects during the validation phase of product delivery. They also provide backend development to help designing, implementing and maintaining APIs and SDK.
