Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We asked Teckle to create a new website for our clinic, which would be able to educate customers on treatment types, options, and plans. As well as have the ability to book treatment appointments and purchase some products from our online shop. 

We also had a requirement for this website to be SEO friendly, but we needed a digital supplier to take the website to the next level and rank it as high as possible on Google. With Teckle's reputation for helping cosmetic clinics across the UK, we were hoping to have a team that could help guide us - which Nathan and his team delivered on more than we had hoped possible!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured success on the functionality of the website that we launched. For the SEO success, we measured that based on the keyword rankings on page 1 (within only a couple of months), leads from organic, and revenue from organic.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We gave Nathan a very tight deadline, which we already knew about. He and his team were able to deliver earlier than expected, meaning we were able to add some more "nice to have" features before we launched. 

For SEO, we didn't expect to have a positive return on that until next calendar year, but as of right now, we have just turned a profit 2 months ago! The SEO campaign has progressed a lot faster than we expected, given the great work from Teckle and my own employees.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their reputation and transparency. I had weighed up my options with a few suppliers, but as soon as I spoke to Nathan, I understood why he was so highly recommended. From the very first phone call, he was giving me tips and advice for my clinic's website. He was more than happy to help. Other agencies and consultants seemed to hide behind quotes and proposals and were very jargon-heavy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Teckle Digital Web Design & SEO Agency could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of. Everything went very smoothly.
