after 9 weeks of the 12 week project we are yet to see a first completed milestone.absolutel shambles of management of our project and an owner who can never be wrong

So far, they are seven weeks behind on the simple sign-in and design stages now reframing issues as design changes instead of their poor management and over use of inexperianced staff .absolute shambles

nothing.seemed a nice owner but refused to take any responsability for missing his deadlines 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techype could have done differently?

everything .clearly referred by a friend who wont want to now be associated with the referral.owners lack of responsability is the biggest issue and his reframign of milestones when he misses deadlines is an issue.will now end up in court
