I'm the principal of a real estate and economic development advisory firm that provides innovative solutions for the public and private sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techvirtue?

We needed support from a technical perspective to build the backend and frontend of our internal platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techvirtue is designing our SaaS platform, including the frontend and backend. The team is using AWS for different use cases and our expansion. Techvirtue is also brainstorming additional features and functionalities that we’ll have later on. We’re currently building our MVP platform and will expand from that.

Initially, we did the UX research and created the wireframes and workflows. We went back and forth with Techvirtue to make adjustments and understand if what we were building was feasible. The team is now working on the development.

The platform has a login feature and a dashboard where users can see things from a high-end perspective. The platform is a repository, so there’s a lot of documentation and items that users can put in on a day-to-day basis. An admin or co-admin can take a quick glance at who is in the field and what docents are required. There are also notifications and forms for doctors, nurses, and specialty physicians.

Additionally, the platform helps manage the visibility of cameras, sensors, and equipment. Users can see if the needs are being met and if anything is happening. We can have quick responses if an incident happens, and it can be documented in the system in real time and sent out to the proper individuals.

How did you come to work with Techvirtue?

I found Techvirtue through a Google search while exploring different development companies. I looked at their past work, client list, turnaround time, pricing, and team involvement, and they stood out as the best fit for what we needed.

I chose Techvirtue because they had an impressive portfolio, a solid track record with top-tier clients, and a competitive price point. Their responsiveness during our initial conversations also stood out. They were quick to answer questions, open to ideas, and clearly understood the vision for our project.

We started working with Techvirtue in July 2024, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Techvirtue’s work is top-tier. The team has given us great choices for the style guide and templates. Techvirtue has implemented our logos, fonts, and color choices. The team is building not just the desktop and tablet functionality but also mobile at the same time.

Test users have commented on how intuitive the platform feels and how easy it is to navigate. They’ve also appreciated the clean design, quick load times, and the fact that both desktop and mobile versions work seamlessly. Internally, our team finds the real-time monitoring features and docent management tools incredibly useful, which tells us we’re building something that will meet real needs once we launch fully.

How did Techvirtue perform from a project management standpoint?

Techvirtue’s timeline and communication are top-tier. The team is flexible when changes or adjustments are needed. We work closely with the project manager, and we have a very good connection. We look forward to our meetings and calls because there’s never an issue. We always look for solutions and see both sides.

We’ve had a couple of ideation sessions, which have been extremely helpful. We’ve prioritized the forms and put them in categories. Techvirtue has worked extremely well when it comes to prioritizing work. The team has helped us build a quality product.

We primarily communicate through Slack for quick updates, Zoom for meetings, and shared files via Figma and Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techvirtue’s connectivity is impressive. The team is flexible and does what they say they’re going to do. The team communicates well and brings in individuals that really know what they’re talking about. Everyone on their team feels like a subject matter expert.

Techvirtue is consistent and has great documentation. Whoever has to ramp up isn’t at a loss. The team is doing a quality job in their field, and they communicate extremely well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Everything has been good.

I'm a financial advisor at a financial planning business that helps high-income business owners get their entire financial house in order. This way, they can spend more time focusing on the lifestyle they want to live.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techvirtue?

I needed help with web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techvirtue developed a modern website to help me convert more potential clients. The team also created a Financial Health Check tool to use as a lead generator on the website. The goal was to design a site that would enhance conversions by showcasing the professionalism of my firm and the benefits clients would enjoy by working with us. Additionally, I required a site optimized for SEO to improve visibility and traffic.

The Financial Health Check tool included an interactive questionnaire that guided users through key areas of their finances, such as cash flow, debt, investments, insurance, and retirement planning. It automatically generated a tailored results summary, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, and prompted users to book a consultation for personalized advice.

I found Techvirtue through Clutch. I chose the team because they had excellent ratings, and their pricing fit my budget. They offered great value for the cost, and I liked that they were a young, growing firm with fresh ideas.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in February 2024 and concluded it in March 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We eventually had a website that met all my expectations. I was truly wowed and impressed by the outcome. Since launching the new website, I’ve seen a 96% increase in inquiries from potential clients. The modern design, smoother navigation, and the Financial Health Check tool have all played a big role in boosting engagement and encouraging visitors to book consultations.

Aside from the 96% increase in inquiries, I also tracked a higher average time spent on the site, more completed Financial Health Check submissions, and an increase in repeat visits from potential clients who returned to explore services in more detail.

How did Techvirtue perform from a project management standpoint?

The project timeline extended slightly beyond the initial estimates due to my attention to detail and the time it took to finalize a design theme that truly met my expectations. However, Techvirtue was very receptive to my feedback and worked tirelessly to refine the design until I was thoroughly satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techvirtue expertly transformed the vision I had in my mind into the exact website I envisioned. The final design, layout, and animations surpassed my expectations. Saying I was thrilled with the result was an understatement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps a more refined process or tool could have been employed during the research phase to more effectively capture the desired vision, design preferences, look, feel, mood, and style. While they ultimately nailed it, a different approach might have expedited and streamlined the process.

Techvirtue helped us with server provisioning, full node installation (Geth + RSKj), port management, firewall rules, node sync, and monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana. They also created shell scripts for daily maintenance tasks.

We now have a reliable RSK node setup with automated alerts and zero downtime since launch. Our developers can interact with the chain directly, reducing reliance on third-party RPC providers.

Their project management was good. Communication via Jira and Google Meet was consistent, though we would’ve appreciated a more thorough handover checklist.

Our new website is BEAUTIFUL! We are so impressed with the design and the final result. The outcome exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier.

We had one challenge that Techvirtue quickly rectified. The original copywriter assigned was not a fit for us. Nothing personal, the verbiage just was not conducive to how we typically speak and express ourselves. We brought our concerns to the team and Jeremy suggested a resource swap. They acted right away and gave us a wonderful copywriter who really understood our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The talent they have at Techvirtue is incredible. They truly understood how to create copy that sounds just like "us". Jess, our PM, took our concerns seriously and worked with us to get us back on track when we hit a roadblock with our first copywriter. This company really knows how to hire great people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techvirtue could have done differently?

Even though we did hit a bump in the road on the copy side, things happen. No one could have predicted that. When it came up, they course corrected. That's all a client can ask for. Thank you!
