What challenge were you trying to address with Techtweek Infotech?

We were building a crypto-based application that was specifically for Indian users. We didn’t have anyone in-house with sufficient knowledge of AWS, our hosting platform, so we needed a company to help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtweek Infotech has helped us build the backend so it is compatible with AWS hosting. One of their teammates has guided me through the hosting and created the modeling we needed. They’ve taken care of creating an easy-to-execute AWS hosting module.

What is the team composition?

Sahil (Managing Director) has executed most of the project, but Sukchain (Senior Cloud Engineer) is also working on the project.

How did you come to work with Techtweek Infotech?

I found Techtweek Infotech on Upwork. I researched 2–3 companies, and I found Techtweek Infotech to be the best because they were cost-effective and could deliver on a short timeline.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested around $4,800.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in July 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve taken on the project and executed it perfectly — they execute any new requirements I have that our in-house team cannot help with. Techtweek Infotech is very good at what they do.

How did Techtweek Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

Techtweek Infotech is available whenever I have a task for them, even over the weekends. I can call or send them a message on WhatsApp; they respond promptly. Their team always delivers on time. We’ve slowly migrated from using Upwork to manage the project to Skype and Slack meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve evaluated a few companies, but Techtweek Infotech has always been the best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our project has been very small, so I don’t have anything for them to improve. Maybe, if they’d executed a bigger project for them, I’d have something to suggest.

If you have the backbone of the work done, you can have Techtweek Infotech do the hosting.
