Lespettua is an ethical & beauty brand. Our products are sourced from the freshest, purest local organic ingredient. Our principle is simple. We refer to old folks legacy — Petua Turun Temurun to formulate effective products to enhance your beauty and well being.

Our goal is to establish online presence and improve our brand discoverability on targeted keywords.

TECHTICIAN provided web development services for Lespettua and helped us set up our corporate website. TECHTICIAN presented the wireframe for the website within a couple of weeks, and developed the website rapidly in a month's duration. After the project concluded, TECHTICIAN also assisted us on web maintenance and SEO part on retainer basis.

Their team consisted of a web developer, UI/UX designer and a business analyst.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website was live within a month and have amplified our social media marketing impact. Since the launch of the website, we are able to include QR codes on our products, which leads customers to our website, enhancing the overall purchasing experience. It has improved our search visibility on Google.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was done in a rapid method and everything was smooth!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication is easy with them and the end product was within my expectation!

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far everything is great, we had fun working with TECHTICIAN's team. We are currently planning to hire them again for our upcoming E-Commerce & app project as well!
