TechRam builds workflow automation and operational infrastructure for mid-market Australian SMEs using Microsoft 365. We are not an MSP, a software vendor, or a reseller. We are the integration and workflow layer between the systems providers already have, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and Azure.
Most providers are paying for Microsoft 365 licenses they barely use while buying additional SaaS tools to fill gaps that M365 could handle natively. We close that gap. Our approach starts with what is already included in existing licensing before recommending anything new, which means clients get permanent, owned solutions with no ongoing per-user subscription costs.
Our fixed-scope builds cover workforce lifecycle automation (onboarding and offboarding), compliance tracking, document management, cloud cost optimisation, and cross-department operational workflows. Every engagement follows a structured delivery framework: assessment, workflow mapping, operational blueprint, build sprints, team adoption, and go-live support.
We work exclusively with providers in the 50 to 300 office staff range — large enough to feel the pain of manual processes and SaaS sprawl, small enough that a single well-built system creates visible impact across the organisation.

TechRam was founded by Rami Younes and Victor Khalil to solve a problem they kept seeing across NDIS and aged care providers: organisations paying for Microsoft 365 but still running critical operations on spreadsheets, email chains, and manual handoffs. Every provider had the tools — none were using them. TechRam exists to close that gap.
