techpotions is a small software studio in Lahore. We build custom web apps, AI products and mobile apps for founders and owner-run businesses who want software shaped around their actual problem, not squeezed into a template. The team is small and senior on purpose, so the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
On the AI side we build agents, voice agents and automations that run in production. That includes an outbound calling agent on LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime that holds the conversation and logs every call to a CRM, an Arabic-first WhatsApp marketing platform with an AI chatbot and a shared multi-agent inbox, and a French guidance tool that matches students against 23,000+ courses. On the web side we build full applications on Next.js and Payload, with logins, dashboards, payments and data that has to stay correct, and marketing and ecommerce sites on WordPress, Astro or Framer when that is the better fit. We build mobile apps when a product needs to live in someone's pocket.
Our clients range from a phone repair shop in Nantes to an industrial matting supplier in Australia, a legal consultancy in Dubai and a millwright company in Nebraska. Our portfolio covers the US, UK, UAE, Australia, France, Portugal, Mexico, Türkiye and Pakistan, and a lot of it ships in more than one language, including Arabic and right-to-left layouts.
What we do differently is start from how the business actually sells, not from a theme. Work Well Mats got a three-question mat finder, because half its buyers have no idea which mat fits their floor. Tru Terms got its retainer laid out as a real contract schedule, each clause in legal wording and then in plain language. You see working software every week, you own all of the code, and it is written so the next developer can read it.
