 Website setup & customization - create a custom website/learning management system, fitting the design and functional needs of our team on the backend and our users on the frontend Reports & dashboards - provide an accessible & exportable way for us to access the responses collected by the LMS Integration - Integrate tools we are already using natively into our website where possible, providing media content in an efficient way Database - MySQL, accessible data, safely and securely stored

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall outcome - fully functioning website, frontend and back, with user-friendly interface.

Intermediate outcomes during development - approved wiredrames, independent sections/features of the site reviewed & completed before moving on to the next piece until all are complete

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was extremely clear - SCRUM/AGILE method was executed smoothely and without the minor process steps getting in the way of overall development. Twice a week meetings were held with a clear status update provided by the project team, and questions were asked to me on a regular basis to ensure the development was completed in a way that aligned with my team's needs. When I provided mark-ups, questions, or concerns via email, all parts of my email were acknowledged within a day and addressed in a timely fashion depending on the size of the issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Tech Parrot team did not just claim they understood/could accomplish what I was asking for and then not meet expectations. They asked thorough questions and made sure every member of the team understood the requirements/requests sufficiently before proceeding. They also asked for confirmation on their proposed solution when there was any discrepancy before proceeding, to make sure again that we were all on the same page before proceeding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TechParrot Innovations LLC could have done differently?

There were 2 development painpoints where there didn't seem to be an obvious solution to the request at hand, and those painpoints did slow our timeline a little bit. It seemed like there was a momentary lapse in communication regarding those 2 issues, so I did end up having to have a designated meeting asking about what specifically was slowing down the timeline and how we could go about breaking out of the issue. It was a minor setback and communication was still sufficient overall, that was the only notable issue we encountered.
