I’m a marketing and social media specialist for Tajeer, a rental platform that connects users seeking short-term stays, equipment, or unique items with local owners. We promote sustainable consumption and support the circular economy through easy browsing, booking, and secure transactions.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Technzone to accomplish for your business?

We hired Technzone to design and develop our platform as a complete digital rental marketplace solution. Our main objectives were to build a scalable mobile application and web platform, create a smooth and user-friendly experience for both renters and business owners, and support the digital transformation of the rental industry in Jordan and the region.Additionally, we needed help defining the technical roadmap, implementing secure and reliable system architecture, integrating key business features, and ensuring the platform could support future growth and expansion.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked with Technzone to build our platform from the ground up, and they’ve handled almost everything related to the technical side of the project. Their work has included helping us shape the idea, plan the platform structure, design the user experience, and develop the mobile apps and admin dashboard.Moreover, they’ve built the backend system, APIs, and core features needed for a rental marketplace while ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and easy to use. The team has developed features like user accounts, vendor onboarding, rental listings, booking and reservation management, payment integration, notifications, and the admin dashboard.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Technzone has helped us turn our platform into a real working product, not just an idea. We’ve successfully launched the platform, and both the mobile apps and admin dashboard work smoothly. Users and vendors can register, add listings, and complete bookings without issues, which is a big milestone for us.Moreover, the whole rental process has become much faster and easier compared to the old manual way, and the system is stable enough to handle real usage from day one. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement compared to the old manual process. On average, tasks like creating listings, managing bookings, and handling customer requests have become around 60%–80% faster because everything is now automated through the platform instead of being done manually.For example, what used to take a lot of back-and-forth messages and manual coordination can now be done in just a few clicks inside the system. Overall, the team effort required to manage daily operations has been reduced significantly, and the workflow is now much more organized and efficient.Additionally, the platform has been built in a scalable way, so we can easily add new features and grow the product moving forward. We already have active users and vendors using the platform, with real bookings being created and completed through the system. The full end-to-end rental flow is working smoothly in live usage.We’ve also seen a big improvement in operational efficiency compared to the old manual process — things like listing management, booking handling, and communication are now much faster and more organized. Most importantly, the platform is stable in production and ready to scale. Now, we’re focusing on growing user adoption and increasing transaction volume over the next phase.

How did Technzone perform from a project management standpoint?

Technzone’s project management has been very smooth and well-organized. The team has been structured, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. They’ve followed clear timelines, kept us updated regularly, and been very proactive in handling feedback and changes during development.Overall, they’ve delivered on time for the agreed milestones. In some cases, they’ve even been flexible when we’ve needed adjustments without impacting the overall schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What has stood out the most about working with Technzone is how involved they’ve been beyond just development. They haven’t treated it as a typical “build and deliver” project. Instead, they’ve really tried to understand the business idea behind our platform and have helped shape it in a practical way.Moreover, they’ve been very responsive and easy to communicate with, and they’ve handled changes and feedback smoothly without slowing things down. Another thing we’ve appreciated is their focus on building a solid and scalable system, not just delivering features quickly. They’ve always been thinking about how the platform will grow in the future. Overall, it feels more like working with a partner than just a technical vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with Technzone has been very positive. If we had to mention something, it would be mainly around improving even more detailed documentation and earlier visibility on some development milestones so stakeholders can follow progress more closely.That said, the team has always been responsive and open to feedback. Whenever we’ve raised anything, they’ve acted on it quickly. Overall, there have been no major issues, and the collaboration has been smooth and productive.
