I'm running a clothing company, In which we have 3 million SKUs. we have multiple locations for retail stores as well as we have multiple warehouses.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Overview: We have 3 Million SKUs in Shopify store. With multiple store locations and warehouses. For inventory management they are using third party Microsoft software for store and warehouses.
• Problem: The issue was when their SKU's quantity changes it needs to be update in Shopify store, Not possible to manually update 3 Million quantities, Third party software do have auto update to Shopify functionality but it is taking to much time - Around 10 hours to update all 3 Million.
• Solution: Technopers created custom tailor made Laravel portal with optimized Shopify queries and mongodb database, which is taking all quantities from the third party app automatically and updating Shopify store.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Result:

• Before: Taking 10 hours for 3 Million records quantities update
• After: Taking 30 Minutes for 3 Million records quantities update

Now we are updating quantities 3-4 times a day.

Everything was on time, Infect at first they said They will reduce time to 2 hours and at the end they surprise me by reducing time to only 30 minutes. It's very great outcome. from 10 hours time to 30 minutes only.
