Yes, they could finish the contracts that they sign. They stopped communicating without finishing the project.

I am founder of a small IT company. I am head developer as well as manager and president.

For what projects/services did your company hire Technodroidz LLP, and what were your goals?

Within the scope of new social media site, we had many different issues connecting purchased scripts with each other. We wanted to modify the code to share the main user database and make sure both platforms were connected.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The scripts are quite unique, and finding someone who knew what they were was already challenging. We asked specific questions about things other companies had been unable to answer, and Technodroidz knew how to answer. The major factors were communication, availability and knowledge.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The initial scope was simply to connect the databases, however as the project moved through, we added different design requirements, better linking features. The languages used are php, css, html and a custom code base that comes from the intiial script. Login using authentication procedures that are proprietary to the script were linked and modified to create a better flow in our platforms.

I worked with my direct contact, Rahul, and he managed any delegation necessary. He is the co-founder of Technodroidz. He assessed the issues, and did all the updates on this project. He handled the management of his team when required to complete the project successfully.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This project was easy to measure as we required one user base for the 2 platform scripts and the merging of the front end. Whet it was completed, this was accomplished. However, The difficulty of the custom framework and the complexity of code betray this simple result. Thank you to the team for getting it done.

The management style is based in confidence and knowledge. They asked a lot of questions for clarity and then just worked until it was done. They were reassuring about their knowledge and work ethic and demonstrated it as such.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The total faith in being able to provide the solution. We had worked with many other programmers and teams up to this point and many of them said they could. This team got it done and updated the requirements accordingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication was consistent, though sometimes a little long between updates. For me, in a small business, the "not knowing" is difficult. At the same time, the quality of the updates reassured my mind, and we both learned how to work together more easily.

I had hired previous developers who did not do a good job. I hired Gaurav and his team and they were able to help me fix most of the issues and get ready to launch without starting over from scratch.

I met with Gaurav and we talked about the issues I let him see the code and get a sense of what would be required before hiring him.

We got most of the major bugs fixed.
