personal touch , Josh provides fast replies and explains any problems in depth with clear, easy-to-understand explanations for what I paid no complaints huge ROI

Are there any areas for improvement or something TechneKaizen could have done differently?

There were issues setting up the Google My Business listing. A quick turnaround time was initially promised, but it took over a month to get sorted. Although they communicated with me the whole time and handled everything the best they could, the initial promise of a quick turnaround should not have been made if it wasn't guaranteed.
