Techlapse was engaged to design and develop Porttivo, a logistics technology platform focused on container transportation and shipment visibility. The project included UI/UX design, mobile application development for transporters and drivers, a web-based admin panel, customer visibility portal, API integrations, GPS tracking, trip management, document management, and real-time shipment monitoring.

Key deliverables included transporter and driver mobile apps, an admin dashboard, customer tracking portal, real-time location tracking, milestone-based shipment updates, document upload functionality, user management, reporting dashboards, and integration with third-party services such as maps and notification systems. 

The team also provided technical guidance, testing support, and scalable architecture to support future platform enhancements and marketplace features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a fully functional MVP of the Porttivo platform, including mobile applications, an admin dashboard, and a customer visibility portal. Techlapse completed the core logistics workflows, real-time GPS tracking, trip management, shipment milestone tracking, and document management features as planned. The platform is currently being prepared for market rollout and user onboarding. The delivered solution has significantly improved operational visibility, reduced manual coordination through phone calls and spreadsheets, and established a scalable foundation for future enhancements, integrations, and marketplace capabilities. Key project milestones were achieved, and the platform is now ready for beta testing and customer adoption.
