In line with previous feedback, their default project management approach appears to be somewhat inflexible, possibly due to the precise tracking of tasks within Jira. Although we found the time tracking to be slightly excessive, it did not have any impact on the final budget or scope of work in the end.

The primary purpose of the app was to facilitate dental facility audits. As such, Techlancers created a custom survey module that allowed users to generate or respond to questions. 

The app also featured various functionalities, including picture scanning, appointment scheduling, document signing, cost reporting, and location tracking.
