My project work includes enhancing my client’s current eCommerce platform with a fresh, modern feel. I worked closely with the client team to define the look and feel of the new Shopify Stores and digital platforms, as well as perform technical platform requirements analysis. My work on the Shopify store design project involved creating the brand identity, and visual and functional guidelines, and giving direction to the developers on how to best integrate those guidelines into their application.

Hi, They were working on a project for our client to improve the functionality of our warehouse and retail store. First, they analyzed the current workflow and technology solutions on the site to understand what might need some improvements/updates/implementations. They will work with the UX team to ensure that both the UI and UX meet the needs of the user. They will manage the various deliverables using the documentation in Sketch, understand the design guidelines provided by Daniela, and collaborate with the developers on supporting systems.

This project included data collection and analysis so that data points could be collected to determine a list of the most influential stakeholders associated with the project for future decision-making. The scope of work consisted of. As part of this process, they also interviewed everyone in the organization about how they use the current technologies they have implemented to gain insight into their current processes and workflows. After receiving the survey results, they created a process map to check how they are performing on their day-to-day tasks on these fronts.

We then came up with a plan to implement new solutions that would improve business productivity and efficiency (along with any upgrades that might fit their needs).
