The company has helped us to implement our ideas on how to create agile analytics in the instantly changing world of different data sources and intersections of insights. They've delivered an interface where a customer can request any type of a large investment portfolio or a combination of portfolios held in different investment institutions and how do they correlate with market benchmarks and or other market events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before that projects we've had to build our interfaces or new reports for months. Now we allow to request almost any data in free text based format in a simple form and receive instant replies with AI.

The project management was easy as the company had a pre-built environment which was used first as a sandbox and later copied for our secured instance.

The development of the project took longer than I expected, but as I understand, this is due to the complexity of the project and my absolute desire to achieve an ideal result. The ideal result has been achieved!

Mobile app togather with web site for back office providing a supportive functionality to field sales team, allowing them to register new customers and taking the order even in the offline mode.Application design fully alligned with a corparate design book and reviewd before the launch. Modern API approach is used for communication, secured connections with a personal credentials. 
Next solution is a mobile application for personal data consents collection in a different scenarios depending on the registration point of the client.Corporate eComm platform, corporate retail store, partners retail store, CRC, all of those sales channels has been covered with a single solution allowing to register customer taking a consents in secure and compliant, from legistlation point of view, way.

Project time frames and goals, solution development goes over 5 years without any term breaks from a Vendor side. They were always transparent and on time with their tasks.

Project manager from Vendor side that is collecting business needs and convert to a technical taks for the developer team, never had the issues that Business side was misunderstood by Vendor. Agile appoach with a clear timings for a prototipes and availability of a new features/products for the tests.

Abbility to understand the requests. Allways accurate with dates and cost. The product and code quality is on the top level.
