TechAnek was effectively functioning as an offshore/nearshore delivery team supplementing HighVail's consulting and managed services practice.

Over a four-year period, TechAnek evolved from a project-based subcontractor into a strategic delivery partner for HighVail, contributing thousands of billable services hours across multiple customer engagements. Their team expanded HighVail's delivery capacity, enabled the successful support of major entperise commercial customers providing continuity across long-term engagements. Techanek supported internal engineering and sales initiatives, and helped position HighVail to scale services revenue without proportionally increasing internal headcount. The sustained multi-year utilization of TechAnek resources is itself evidence of the value, trust, and operational effectiveness they delivered to both HighVail and its customers.

TechAnek has been a strategic delivery partner whose contributions have extended far beyond staff augmentation. Their combination of project management discipline, technical expertise, and scalable delivery capacity has enabled HighVail to successfully support and expand multiple customer engagements over several years. By providing experienced DevOps and platform engineering resources, TechAnek helped increase delivery capacity, reduce project risk, improve execution consistency, and support the continued growth of our services organization. • Provisioning, monitoring and alerting, capacity and cost management • Backup, recovery and business continuity

CI/CD and release engineering:
• Design, build and maintenance of automated build, test and deployment pipelines
• Release engineering and rollback procedures
• Replacement of manual, person-dependent deployments with repeatable automation

Infrastructure as code:
• All environments defined in code and version controlled
• Changes applied through reviewed, repeatable automation rather than manual configuration • On-demand environment provisioning

Security:
