Tech For Good is an AI product studio run by two ex-founders, Krishan Sharma (product) and Aishwary Shrivastava (engineering). We work as a hands-on CTO and product partner for founders and teams who want AI built into how they actually work, not bolted on.

Most of our clients are purpose-driven founders in coaching, therapy, mental health, meditation, leadership development and wellness. We know this space from the inside and pair it with solid engineering.

What we do:

1. Fractional CTO and CPO: taking a product from idea to a working, production-ready system.
2. Embedded AI partner: working inside an existing team to make its systems and workflows AI-native, including automation, AI agents and RAG.
3. Company Brain: a central system that connects a team’s tools (email, Slack, WhatsApp, call transcripts, docs, Notion, codebase) so people and AI agents share the same context, and decisions and follow-ups don’t get lost.
4. Leads Engine: an automated system that finds, scores and helps follow up with the right prospects.
5. AI coaching and training: 1:1 coaching and hands-on intensives for domain experts and teams.

• ManoBuddy, an AI copilot for therapists, now in production
• A 360° Indic spirituality platform built with the Cult.fit team
• A five-day hands-on AI bootcamp delivered at IIT Guwahati
• A platform rewrite that cut load times from 5 seconds to under 1 second

How we work: a short alignment call, a technical consultation on architecture and feasibility, a clear scope with milestones and transparent pricing, then build sprints with regular reviews. We work fully remote, with clients in the US, Europe, the Middle East and India.

Krishan is an IIT Kanpur alumnus and two-time founder (his agritech company was acquired by JaiKisan), and has trained leaders at BCG, Deloitte and LinkedIn in mindfulness. Aishwary brings 10+ years of building production systems.
