I’m an executive of Lakeshore Optical, an eye care company. We provide comprehensive eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

We use Tech Efficient to automate and make a lot of the billing and authorizations more seamless and easier for the patient and our staff.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The ease of use of the solution is impressive. Tech Efficient has completed the project very quickly and ahead of schedule. The automation has created a lot more efficiencies, which has saved my team and me hours on a daily basis. Moreover, the reporting is immaculate, which is something no one in the optical business has except for us now that we use Tech Efficient’s reporting. The improved reporting has led to faster decision-making, which has been crucial to our growth.

How did Tech Efficient perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve given me a clear and easy-to-read game plan, and they’ve surpassed it by days. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?
