What challenge were you trying to address with TEC DIGITAL LTD?

We needed a development team to build our main trading solution. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built the web platform from scratch. It allows users to buy and sell commodities such as liquid natural gas. Their team integrated the solution with Credit Suisse, who is our partner and provides trade finance services to our clients. They utilized blockchain technology, through a private network. The platform allows tracking of analytics as well. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with a team of 10 people. 

How did you come to work with TEC DIGITAL LTD?

We were referred to them by several colleagues. After looking over the experience of the team we would be working with, we decided to move forward. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $50,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2018, and the work is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re very good. The deliver the product on time and have a lot of relevant experience. They provided us with analytics such as graphs and statistics to showcase the progress. 

How did TEC DIGITAL LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

We used several project management tools which made it easy to know what they were working on at any given moment. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have anything specific, but I’m impressed with their overall performance. The pricing is fair, and the team is reliable. They’re strategic in their work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement. They’re doing a great job, but it would be nice if they could deliver the results even faster.
