Are there any areas for improvement or something Taycon AI could have done differently?
Honestly, there was not much to fault, but if we are being picky, a couple of small things. Early on, we could have used a bit more upfront guidance on getting our data organized, since some of our sales records were messier than we realized and that slowed the forecasting work at the start. To be fair, once Taycon AI flagged it, they helped us sort it out quickly.
The only other thing is that we got so much value from the quick wins that we wished we had scoped the visual-inspection pilot a little bigger from the beginning. That is more a sign of how well it went than a real complaint. If anything, it just left us eager for phase two. Nothing that would stop us from working with them again.
