A friend recommended them.

We spend £80 a month (approximately $100 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Tax Affinity Accountants started in February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They take the hassle out of accounting. Their team has a software, and all I need to do is give them receipts. For the VAT receipts, it’s quarterly, and I give them personal spending receipts monthly.

How did Tax Affinity Accountants perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t use bookkeeping software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t speak for other providers, but the cost is very good. They’re also knowledgeable about government taxes and business claims.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a few communication issues during the beginning. But I believe this was due to everyone working from home because of COVID-19. I spoke to the manager, and he said they would make more of an effort, which they stood by their word.
