Having the Tasks Expert team on board saved us almost 100 hours per day at a reasonable rate of $5.5/hr. We were able to focus on main business and the rest was managed by the Tasks Expert.

We have a google meeting every 2 weeks in which the assigned team leader tells us about the team performance and on which tasks the VAs' are working.

They have every solution eat a Corporate Firm, Entrepreneurs, Professionals & Business owners need at a very reasonable rate with wonderful quality.

At the start, it was difficult to handle the tasks for them because we were having tons of workload but the assigned Team lead was very great he distributed the tasks to the team and get it done very smoothly

I did see an improvement with the graphics completed the longer that I worked with my virtual assistant as they got to know my taste better. If you're looking at jobs that you may need to outsource Tasks Experts is definitely a great option."

The workflow used the Asauna, which I would not necessarily suggest is the tool that I would recommend for this interaction. The delivery content graphics was done via Google Drive links which I found worked well

When I work with clients we really look at what they do well and enjoy doing, and what are the things that they may not be good at, and might not really enjoy. Those are the type of things that you can either eliminate or delegate. Part of delegating is outsourcing. When you look at what you're good at those are the things you can put more time towards, the tasks that you really enjoy doing.
Tasks such as bookkeeping, social media, working with a virtual assistant on your calendar are all things that you can do with Tasks Experts and more. They really were experts in certain areas. You can determine what you are not the best at, and work with them collaboratively to put together your requirements, in your time zone. They worked on our requests in their time zone and determined the perfect timing to connect with us easily.

I would suggest looking at another option to Asana that allows for better flow and review of information
