I'm the owner and founder of whatevergift.It is an Online gift shop at Singapore.

Task4store custom coded our website on Liquid. The customizations were provided basis our requirements and company goals. Our goal was to increase traffic, conversion and UX improvment

How did you select Task4store and what were the deciding factors?

We came across several development companies through a Shopify website. Since we were looking at a low-cost firm that was also savvy with the latest technologies, online tools and resources, and Task4store seemed to check all those criteria, we went ahead with them.

Task4store helped us at cart page update product page layout change, chat support setup, add video at store, some graphic design, store speed improvement, solve coding errors.

A project manager was our point of contact apart from this, there were at least two team members working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed exactly within time and budget. Moreover, their business analysis skills and result-oriented outcomes have positively impacted our online presence and our conversion rates.

Daily we got updates from project manager. if there is any delay project manager let us know ahead of time through e-mail and intercom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive to what I was needing done. All the work was carried out very quickly. The communication with the team was very good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they were most efficient!

The audit consisted of copy and pasted document that was not applicable to our website and had obviously been copied from other customers who had paid for the same service

As it is the sister company of MS web Designer which had developed our store, so Task4store was our first and last option.

1. Add color price variant
2. Add date picker
3. Collection and product page layout change and there are more

I guess there are 3 people working with us, but our point of contact was a dedicated project manager.

They have lots of experience in Shopify and suggest us some other useful features which I did not think. They are smart and trusted guys.
