Jizreel and I have been working together since August 2022.  We rebuilt my company's entire software platform which is named our 'Reuse OS'.

It is the technical foundations for our real-world reusable packaging operating system.

Its system architecture and back-end were carefully developed to account for the hundreds of thousands of items that needed to be tracked and actioned in my company's future.

The front-end had to be clean and sleek for B2B clients to login to. 

The entire billing software is completely custom-built as there were no off-the-shelf products that we could use to accomplish the unique needs of our reuse system. 

Jizreel has been a pleasure to work with — he is diligent, smart, and communicates very well. 

I highly recommend him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We accomplished the key features we needed for our reuse system including: 

- Item level traceability and a system that is capable of tracking, tracing and updating hundreds of thousands of items

- Dashboards for KPIs for our clients and for internal monitoring purposes

- Custom billing system and software to handle our unique requirements

- Route management and scheduling software to handle our operations

There are many other features and updates that needed building throughout our ~3.5 years of working together.  Jizreel has been with me the whole way and is a pleasure to work with.  There hasn't been an outcome that when we've put our heads together, we weren't able to accomplish.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The communication throughout our entire ~4 years of working together has always been consistent and prompt. 

If there was ever a lack of communication, it was on my part, not on behalf of Jizreel and Tangerine. 

All our project management was managed inside of Clickup for efficiency and record keeping purposes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Consistency, communication and availability of Jizreel / Tangerine is impressive.  They are very diligent, available and if they're not available for a certain period of time -- they communicate this. 

The results have been positive as well.  Our clients and our team love using our software. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tangerine AI could have done differently?

Software development has changed a lot over the last ~4 years working together.  Jizreel / Tangerine have adapated to these changes and can now deliver services in a quicker way via AI.  

I think that they will continue to use AI to deliver software development in an effective, quick and cost-efficient manner.  That said, they are competent in building custom software and managing the AI too -- which is important.

All development is done according to the specific needs of the company; therefore, we are always developing new tools and adapting the software to those needs. All commercial and operational aspects are managed by the software.
