We wanted to expand towards the EU region and hire staff at 50% lower rates than in the US since we’re a small agency.

Tallenxis recruited a marketing manager and a global sales and BD manager for us, both with US and EU market experience and within the given budget. The team handled the entire recruitment process, including search and selection, pre-screening, shortlists, and offer negotiation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Tallenxis successfully hired two candidates for us. The team sent us two batches of 3–5 profiles after the first two weeks of the search. Tallenxis confirmed the best candidates for the roles, and we ended up hiring the ones they suggested. However, we still had interviews with all of them since they all seemed suitable.Overall, we had a one-month time-to-hire process. We also achieved 50% cost savings on average. Both members are still with us since then and are doing a great job.
How did Tallenxis perform from a project management standpoint?
Tallenxis used an internal tool that gave us access to a Kanban board where we could manage the entire process. It was the first time we saw this, and we were surprised that agencies had this kind of tech and shared it for free. When they initially told us about it, we thought it was an extra service and were about to refuse it. Overall, their project management was out of this world. It was fully transparent and easy, with no loss of information or data. We weren’t sure if this was the standard in recruitment, but we were impressed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about them?
We were impressed with the dashboard they gave us access to. Tallenxis also gave us an interview step-by-step plan with a scoring card for each role. We thought recruitment would be a headache, but they made it stupidly simple. We were laughing through the interviews since everything was basically done by them; we just asked the set questions and ticked the boxes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could give us a 50% discount on their services. They weren’t the cheapest option, but then again, who wants to drive a Fiat when they have a Mercedes?
