We require TSE development capacity to build an application that supports us as a technical service provider in unlocking building data for our customers. This application must of course be user-friendly but above all secure. Data security is high prio and must comply with international standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Creating a clear roadmap showing when which functionality will be released (planning). Then releasing new functionality according to the roadmap (deliver). In addition: the continuous improvement of quality through the development of test processes (quality assurance).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The on-time delivery of updates is the result of intensive cooperation between us and TSE. This involves constant prioritization to make the right choices. We want to have an achievable schedule. Quality and safety must not be inferior as a result of an unrealistic planning. Weekly regular consultation moments provide feedback on the progress and challenges in the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Talenting Software could have done differently?

There are no things we regret afterwards. What we already knew has been confirmed: good cooperation requires long-term investment in collaboration. Sowing goes before harvesting. Daring to make choices that are sometimes not easy but necessary. The teamwork with TSE makes this possible, both pleasantly and business professionally.

Starcode build a modular integrated ERP/PLM solution for machine manufacturers. 
This includes:

• several complex calculations and logic about stock predictions, order schedules 
• several BI components
• intelligent RPA automations running in complex IT landscapes 
• several API integrations
• embedded on the latest microsoft technology on Azure
• working closely together with customers and 'translate'  their demands into great application solutions

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• a great forecast prediction application. build and implemented under high pressure. running now for 1,5 year without any problems
• a nice CRM and scheduling solution 
• a great base ERP /PLM standard enriched with a lot of valuable functions and integrations. implemented this year at several nice customers

yes, our dutch team is working closely togther with the talenting team. Delivery is managed in close collaboration with the local teamleads and our dutch team

The drive for innovation and openness for the discovery of new areas in business and technology.
We build over time also a great collaboration and team-spirit. It feels like they are part of the company and are wholly aligned with our goals.

maybe there is space for improvement on how we measure and steer on performance and scalability
