We decided to cooperate with Talent Place to add a new type of recruitment services to our vendor portfolio. We decided to test a new vendor based on its positive recommendations.

Our goal was to test new ways of acquiring candidates.

Talent Place was recommended to us as a reliable vendor. Also, it introduced some innovative recruitment techniques that we wanted to test in our business environment.

To test the new vendor, we commissioned a challenging tech-role to be hired by Talent Place. The recruitment process was demanding, as we were looking for an experienced candidate for an IT position in shared service center.

What was the team composition?

Our recruitment team was in touch with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who was our main contact and who provided updates on the project. He was also coordinating the work of the Senior IT Recruiter who was assigned for this project by Talent Place and who provided us with candidates recommendations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The best proof of success in that project was that despite all the challenges Talent Place managed to deliver requested candidate.

The project was generally demanding, but thanks to the smooth communication between our company and the assigned Customer Success Manager, we achieved the requested results.

Being able to provide a senior IT candidate that was really hard to acquire proved Talent Places expertise and recruitment capabilities

It was very positive client experience as well as very good delivery. Team has definitely provided the evidence that they are able to reach out to the audience which is not accessible through the standard sources.

Talent Place was sourcing new candidates for us supporting our regular recruiting effort. They provided us with the already verified candidates and recommend only those who fulfill all our requirements. Talent Place is always touch with us to inform us about the progress or any challenges that may occur.

We work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who manages the team of Talent Place’s recruiters. At the beginning of our cooperation he/she contacted us, described the next steps and then was in touch with our recruitment team on a daily basis.

Project in Hungary (new terriory back then) meant that the company had to learn on the go, so we had to dedicate some time to help them ramp up - it was well worth it in the end

This is our next cooperation with Talent Place, so we knew exactly how the process was going and that they would meet our expectations. Our goal was to recruit a sorting manager and a purchase specialist with appropriate experience. The cooperation began with a project briefing, during which we presented our goals and expectations. Then the recruiter started working on recruitment projects: sourcing, interviews with potential candidates, and then preparing recommendations for us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Effective communication is the key to our success. The Hiring Manager was kept informed about the actions taken at each stage of the recruitment process. The recommendations were so accurate that our initial need for one Purchase Specialist ended with the decision to hire two people for the position. With the help of Talent Place, we hired 3 ambitious workers, who want to develop a career in our company.
