Credit Agricole Bank Polska is part of an international banking group with nearly 400 bank branches located in all major cities across Poland.

To ensure the development of Contact Center structures, Credit Agricole recruits up to 250 new candidates monthly.

Trans.eu Group S.A. is a technology company that has been developing one of the most important logistics platforms in Europe since 2004.

The company's recruitment team in Poland faced the challenge of running recruitment for teams in Germany and the Netherlands. And it quickly turned out that without knowing the local labor market and directly reaching the candidates, the project would be difficult to

We were looking for a partner who will be able to provide us with required amount of candidates for a high-volume projects. At first we decided to entrust Talent Place with a pilot project for a dozen of recommendations. Talent Place managed to deliver the project in 100%. Talent Place provides us with new recommendations based on our current projects and and hiring needs. As our demand for new candidates varies based on the projects and time of the year, often up to 50 recommendations a month. Most of the time, Talent Place meets that demand and they also support us in pre-screening candidates.

We were assigned with a dedicated Customer Success Manager that coordinates the process. Every time we establish a new project, Talent Place’s team is in contact with our recruiters on regular basis to discuss progress and potential challenges of each project.

How did you select this vendor?

Talent Place was recommended to us as a vendor with an innovative approach and ability to hire candidates in different locations. They were also capable of running an asynchronous recruitment process which was crucial to us, as our HQ is located in Krakow, Poland and we decided not to invite each candidate to visit our office for an interview.

Describe the project in detail.

The process was delivered in two phases. During the first one, we hired 6 new ambassadors, and the second one brought us 10 more new employees. Talent Place succeeded in delivering recommendations for all desired cities.

They also run candidates verification for us, and prepared the asynchronous video interview that allowed us to verify candidates in the most efficient and natural way. The whole process was run 100% online and was a great success.

What was the team composition?

Talent Place team that run the process for us consisted of Customer Success Manager and dedicated team of the recruiters who provided recommendations for different cities and who run the primary verification process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the end, Talent Place provided us with around 35 candidates and 16 of them were offered a job. Each of the candidates was located in a different city in France, England, Germany, Scotland, Denmark, Spain and Italy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From the very beginning Talent Place could really understand our needs and aimed at fulfilling all our expectations. The workflow was very smooth and the whole project took much less than we expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What is truly remarkable is Talent Place’s ability to successfully deliver high quality candidates despite the location. The recruitment success rate was 50% which means that every one in two candidates was offered a job and accepted the offer. Also, we were very satisfied that the whole process was held online without the need to travel and any time restrictions.

After a few collaborations with external vendors which were not satisfying for us, we were looking for partner who will be able to fulfills our recruitment needs. At first we decided to outsource a project to Talent Place that included providing 50 recommendations of candidates within 1 month. It was 100% successful and we decided to continue our cooperation. After 4 years it still ongoing and Talent Place remains our main recruitment partner.

In some parts of the year, when we have bigger recruitment needs, Talent Place is capable to deliver even 250 recommendations a month. What we value the most in Talent Place as our partner is the ability to act flexibly. They also support us in running candidates verification and always recommend only the best ones.

We have cooperated with Talent Place for 2 months. During this time, Talent Place delivered us 5 recommendations for Angular Developer role and 6 recommendations for JavaScript Developer. Due to some unexpected changes which appeared in our projects, we could not hire any of recommended candidates. Despite that, we think that our cooperation was successful because of an impressive number of high-quality recommendations.

Our cooperation with Talent Place was very satisfying. We had weekly calls with our Hiring Managers and Client Success Manager from Talent Place to ensure efficient exchange of information. Talent Place always provided us with timely updates about both processes. During our cooperation, we always felt their determination and commitment in the entire process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Despite some difficulties during the project and the fact, that in the end we couldn’t hire candidates recommended by Talent Place, they supported us until the very end of the project. We hired Talent Place to support our internal recruitment team in hiring new candidates (interns and junior specialists) with language skills for our business center in Cracow. We needed a partner that would provide us with a flow of new candidates based on our monthly needs and support us in hiring new employees.

Providing a steady flow of new candidates and hiring 20-30 people with language skills for interns and junior roles each year for our business center in Cracow.

How did you select this vendor?

We spoke with Talent Places representatives during an online meeting. After the presentation and getting familiar with they recruitment services, we decided to hire them as a partner.

Describe the project in detail.

We cooperated on a regular basis and Talent Place provided us with the requested number of candidates. At the beginning of each recruitment project we sent requests for new roles and then we discussed each profile with Talent Place to explain exactly what we expected from candidates.

Talent Place’s role was to deliver minimum 2 recommendations for one role in a 2 weeks. After that, we delivered our feedback about every candidate and we together decided what should be the next steps.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a dedicated Client Success Manager who was responsible for coordinating the whole project and also with a Recruitment Consultant who was looking for candidates and who provided us with new recommendations. We had updates with both of thems 2-3 times a week and thanks to that we were always up to date.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During 2 years of cooperation, Talent Place helped us to deliver goal of hiring new employees for our business center in Cracow. In 2017, from September to December, we hired 8 people. In 2018, we hired 26 people. In 2019, from January to August, we hired 23 people.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

What we value is that Talent Place always provided us with new candidates on time. We also constantly tried to improve our cooperation, that is why we had update calls even 2-3 times a week. It was really helpful for both sites.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Talent Place always provided us valuable recommendations of candidates. We hired most of them. What is important, our communication was at the highest level and we were always up to date with the whole process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All the improvements and suggestions were implemented on the ongoing basis.
