Internship recruitment for an IT giant
Microsoft is one of the largest IT companies in the world. In 2017 they were looking to recruit a group of students for their internship program in Hungary.
When recruitment in Hungary proved to be difficult, Microsoft decided to establish cooperation with Talent Place and base the recruitment campaign on the crowdstaffing method.

Volume recruitment for a global bank
Credit Agricole Bank Polska is part of an international banking group with nearly 400 bank branches located in all major cities across Poland.
To ensure the development of Contact Center structures, Credit Agricole recruits up to 250 new candidates monthly.
After the recruitment agencies failed to meet the required targets, Credit Agricole decided to cooperate with Talent Place. The first joint project covered 50 recommended candidates and was 100% fulfilled. Today, cooperation continues.

International recruitment for a technology company
Trans.eu Group S.A. is a technology company that has been developing one of the most important logistics platforms in Europe since 2004.
The company's recruitment team in Poland faced the challenge of running recruitment for teams in Germany and the Netherlands. And it quickly turned out that without knowing the local labor market and directly reaching the candidates, the project would be difficult to implement.

Assessment Center 100% online
ABB is a technology leader who has been supporting the digital transformation of the industry for several years. For over 25 years, ABB has also been present in Poland, being recognized as one of the most innovative organizations in the country.

Simultaneous recruitment in multiple locations
Since 2011 JIVR is a producer and manufacturer of urban electric bikes. The company distributes its products mostly to Western European countries and supports residents of big cities in moving around and commuting without a car.
One of JIVR's main sales channels in 2018 and 2019 was the network of ambassadors in ten European cities, including Berlin, Brussels, and London.

High volume recruitment for GBS hub in Lodz, Poland. Most positions requires niche languages (like Dutch, which is not very popular in Poland).
What were your goals for this project?
In March 2019 some of business processes were to be transferred from our offices in Netherlands and other western Europe countries to Lodz, Poland. Due to that, we expected high volume of recruitment needs for candidates who are Dutch and German speakers.
Our aim to steadily develop our team in Lodz, and we decided to use external support to secure pipeline of qualified candidates.

When TalentPlace approached us with their offer in 2019, we were in the middle of our external partnerships review and we were open to accept new vendors for our transferred business project. From March 2013 we have cooperated with Talent Place on 3 different projects. At first, we had them deliver Dutch-speaking candidates, that turned out hard to get. After first results, we decided to extend the cooperation for further projects and for additional language (German).
During all our projects, we cooperate on a weekly basis. We work really closely and there are multiple candidates in the process at the same time, so having weekly updates with Talent Place is really crucial for us.

Talent Place team that supports us is lead by a Customer Success Manager, who is our touch-point and who provides us with constant support. She also leads the team of Talent Place recruiters, who were selected for the project and who provide us with new recommendation.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From the first days of our cooperation, Talent Place demonstrated deep involvement. What we are most satisfied about is the recruitment process for Dutch speakers. Even though we expected multiple challenges in searching for that specific type of candidates, Talent Place is really successful in providing us new recommendations.

The first couple of months of our cooperation were dedicated to tuning our joint efforts. We faced some challenges at the beginning of the process, yet Talent Place demonstrated great flexibility in improving our cooperation based on our demands and our feedback.

JIVR is a manufacturer of the first folding, electric and chainless bike. We design commuting bikes dedicated to moving around the cities. I am the Founder and CEO of JIVR.

What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to hire new employees in multiple locations at the same time, including Zurich, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Copenhagen and London.

Talent Place was recommended to us as a vendor with an innovative approach and ability to hire candidates in different locations. They were also capable of running an asynchronous recruitment process which was crucial to us, as our HQ is located in Krakow, Poland and we decided not to invite each candidate to visit our office for an interview.

The process was delivered in two phases. During the first one, we hired 6 new ambassadors, and the second one brought us 10 more new employees. Talent Place succeeded in delivering recommendations for all desired cities.
They also run candidates verification for us, and prepared the asynchronous video interview that allowed us to verify candidates in the most efficient and natural way. The whole process was run 100% online and was a great success.
What was the team composition?
Talent Place team that run the process for us consisted of Customer Success Manager and dedicated team of the recruiters who provided recommendations for different cities and who run the primary verification process.

In the end, Talent Place provided us with around 35 candidates and 16 of them were offered a job. Each of the candidates was located in a different city in France, England, Germany, Scotland, Denmark, Spain and Italy.

From the very beginning Talent Place could really understand our needs and aimed at fulfilling all our expectations. The workflow was very smooth and the whole project took much less than we expected.

What is truly remarkable is Talent Place’s ability to successfully deliver high quality candidates despite the location. The recruitment success rate was 50% which means that every one in two candidates was offered a job and accepted the offer. At the beginning of our cooperation with Talent Place, we discussed both profiles during the online briefing. We agreed for 3 recommendations for each role. Talent Place sourced new candidates and provided us recommendations based on our requirements. All candidates were well prepared for interviews with us and Talent Place kept them engaged during the whole process.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a dedicated Client Success Manager who managed the team of Talent Place’s recruiters. This person was responsible for tracking both processes and ensuring seamless communication.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have cooperated with Talent Place for 2 months. During this time, Talent Place delivered us 5 recommendations for Angular Developer role and 6 recommendations for JavaScript Developer. Due to some unexpected changes which appeared in our projects, we could not hire any of recommended candidates. Despite that, we think that our cooperation was successful because of an impressive number of high-quality recommendations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our cooperation with Talent Place was very satisfying. We had weekly calls with our Hiring Managers and Client Success Manager from Talent Place to ensure efficient exchange of information. Talent Place always provided us with timely updates about both processes. During our cooperation, we always felt their determination and commitment in the entire process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Despite some difficulties during the project and the fact, that in the end we couldn’t hire candidates recommended by Talent Place, they supported us until the very end of the project. Although both of these processes were challenging, Talent Place was determined and found more than 10 candidates for our IT roles.
Are there any areas for improvement?
On our weekly calls, we were discussing about all suggestions and implemented them immediately.
As a result of Talent Place's work, one applicant was hired. The team updated the client at each stage of the process. The workflow was effective, with a dedicated manager communicating with the client. Talent Place's quick and efficient hiring process for a sensitive position impressed the client.
