Our Site Lead and RPO recruiters kicked off 3 roles with TalentPlace where they went through the roles in details, the interview process as well as the ideal candidate. TalentPlace then started sourcing and sent lists of candidates for each role for review.

Based on this, they reached out to have an initial call and we took over the process from there. If we ended up making someone an offer, they would connect with them first to give them a heads up, which is always a nice touch.
