Takumi Solutions assisted us with modernizing a core warehouse management system (WMS) for automotive parts logistics while upgrading the underlying system architecture to support an SaaS-based business model. The old system relied on a mainframe, Visual Basic applications, and handy terminals in a client-server environment. This became difficult to maintain as the system aged, due to limited scalability and dependence on specialized expertise.
