Facilitate a brand positioning workshop of cross-functional team members to update the brand's purpose, vision, mission and overall brand positioning architecture.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the end of the workshop, we had a completed and updated brand architecture and alignment across the internal team.

Tailwind did an excellent job of aligning on the key deliverables ahead of the workshop, including several pre-meeting calls, providing an outline for the day, as well as examples of what the finished product would include.  Throughout the workshop, Tailwind kept the team updated on our progress.  At the conclusion of the workshop, a complete summary of the workshop was provided.

Justin did an amazing job taking a rough idea and crafting it into first a minimum viable product, and eventually the beginnings of a small business channel for us. We now have a roadmap and are set up for success.

We had a goal of getting the site to $2000 per week, which we achieved. We will likely rehire Justin as we come up with our next milestone and think more wholistically about the business.

Justin is punctual, flexible and thoughtful. Very easy and fun to work with. He actively brings ideas to the table without being asked, and executes on things that need to be done instinctively.

Tailwind has impressed me with the quality of their work and the transparency of their communication.
