• Create engaging landing pages for use in our marketing campaigns 
• Leverage generative AI to generate and create several versions of landing pages, and A/B test to see which ones convert. 
• Analyze and report on audience, and demographics for people landing on these pages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We set a target for 20% conversation rate between people landing on our pages and submitting their information for new lead generation. We set a goal of converting 5% of these conversions into paying customers, and our projected ROI as a result of these efforts were targeted towards 100%. (So $2 revenue for $1 spent)

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was high touch and adaptive. We had weekly progress meetings (zoom), we used JIRA for change requests/project planning, and they used an agile SCRUM methodology to deliver. Additionally, we created a slack channel that gave us direct access to devs / project managers. The overall process was efficient and easy-to-understand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the interactions and the knowledgeable staff. They always brought intelligent insights into the meeting with data to back it up. We were able to meet and exceed our goals in many areas with their assistance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sytepoint, Inc. could have done differently?

There was sometimes a gap of time between a question/response in the slack channel when it came from the developers. Their development staff sits offshore so the timezone differences were sometimes challenging but they made it work at the end. We knew this going in so it wasn't a deal-breaker for us.
