I am an IT manager at a regional bank.

What challenges were you trying to address with SyTcorp?

We needed web development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SyTcorp provides web development services. They usually use .NET, SQL, PHP, HTML, and Java, among others.

What is the team composition?

We worked remotely with about 15 people from their team. Although, we worked most directly with about 4 people.

How did you come to work with SyTcorp?

We were looking for developers with experience with .Net based in Honduras. There were not that many developers in the country with that experience, as it was 10 years ago. SyTcorp was one of the few ones that had worked with other regional banks before so we heard about them and contacted them right away.

How much have you invested in them?

We have invested over $10,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working with them for more than 10 years, since 2011.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have had great results. They are very organized and responsible, always staying on schedule. 

How did SyTcorp perform from a project management standpoint?

They adapted to our methodologies very quickly. Their teams participate in our daily scrum sessions, which have been great for project management. SyTcorp has their tickets system. Our teams use multiple communication channels, such as WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and more. Their team is very available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their project leader is very good. SyTcorp also has great experience with banks, government, and other difficult industries so they have a great understanding of the sector.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their demand is growing and sometimes they are short in specialized personnel to cover it.
