BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a startup. We deliver B2C products through Amazon and are similar to an online wholesale platform. We have a Shopify store. We've done some projects in the food area, but we are currently selling as a wholesaler in the paper industry and will be going toward the nutrition area in the next few months.

What challenge were you trying to address with Syswebinfo?

My company needed help with e-commerce development. We also needed help developing different applications.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Syswebinfo provides e-commerce development support. They’ve implemented all of the necessary Shopify apps. They’ve also done some complicated steps within the app, such as print-on-demand and other things. They do everything in HTML in order to optimize our user experience in general. 

How did you come to work with Syswebinfo?

I found them online, and we began working together.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began in April 2019. The work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a really good job. We don’t have KPIs to measure reviews or anything like that.

How did Syswebinfo perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Syswebinfo is reliable, which is very important to me. They’re also interested in long-term work, which is another important point for me, as I don’t want to have to switch developers. They know how to do the work, and they do research before promising they can deliver what we need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My recommendation is to hire them and see how they work. Programmers often say too much and then don’t produce much. They end up showing opposite results, whereas Syswebinfo produces a lot of results, which is why I like working with them. I appreciate that.
