I’m the COO of M R Products. We’re a proprietary manufacturer of crowd control and visual barriers.

What challenge were you trying to address with System & Sales?

We hired them because we worked with another company that automated their marketing services on Amazon but wanted a company that would handle our marketing with a more personal touch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

System & Sales manages Amazon advertising. They place and track ads, which are mostly sponsored product ads. Their team documents any changes and let us know. Their team’s in the weeds with Amazon and recognizes when there’s a downturn and should reduce ad spending. They also recognize when we need to increase ad spending and take advantage of certain situations. For example, we just entered into a beta program for Amazon video ads. They asked us for video assets to start running the ads because it’s at a discounted rate as a beta program.

I work with one account manager. However, more people work behind the scenes at System & Sales.

How did you come to work with System & Sales?

I found them through Upwork and looked at their reviews. We chose them because they demonstrated an ability to handle Amazon and keep our ads running.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before we started working with System & Sales, our average cost of sales varied between 19%–24%. Since their team started managing our Amazon Ads, our average cost of sales has varied between 12%–18%. Their team does a better job managing our ad send and getting us more sales while reducing our costs, which is perfect.

How did System & Sales perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team runs everything smoothly and if there are any hiccups, they let me know. They’re customer service driven. Their team sends emails every week with updates. They basically send a dashboard with relevant information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about working with System & Sales is their communication. Conditions change quickly on Amazon, which is why they do updates as they do. Whereas one day our ads perform well, the next day they could not because Amazon made changes outside of our control. It’s valuable for us to have someone monitoring our ads every day. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they do a great job for us. It’s a fantastic partnership.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take advantage of their willingness to adapt. If you’re not happy with something, let them know. Their team will work their hardest to change direction for you.
