What challenge were you trying to address with SySpree?

I went to them for website branding and for getting my name up in the rankings. I wanted them to manage my online work in terms of PowerPoint presentations, content, and online requests.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SySpree is helping me target end-users, in terms of anyone looking to book my services. I gave them a free hand on developing my website.

What is the team composition?

There was a minimum of three people from their team working with me. I had a project manager.

How did you come to work with SySpree?

I happened to be good friends with someone from SySpree, and he introduced me to the company. I was contacted by other digital marketing companies earlier on, but none of them spoke to me as SySpree did. None of them offered the same kinds of services, and none could manage my work in the same way.

How much have you invested with them?

The total has been less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with SySpree around September 2017, and it’s ongoing. They’re doing a really good job, and I wouldn’t want to replace them with anyone else.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I found them to be very professional. They know exactly what should be done in terms of making a client feel really special. They know their job really well, and I wouldn’t bat an eyelid in recommending them to someone.

I wouldn’t judge them on metrics, given that the work they do can’t really be evaluated that way. I would rate them a ten out of ten in terms of managing their work professionally. They know exactly what to do, and do it really well. I think it’s only a matter of time before they become one of the biggest forces in terms of digital marketing in India, or maybe the world.

How did SySpree perform from a project management standpoint?

They did incredibly well. I was unaware of what I should expect at the start of the collaboration, but SySpree educated me on what I should expect from them, and they didn’t compromise on that in any way. In fact, they under-promised and over-delivered.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their knowledge and turnaround time. When they take on a project, they will do whatever it takes to make the client satisfied.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should be honest with what they want and rest assured knowing fully well that SySpree will deliver more than what they expect.
