I am the founder of Topbeat, a music school for children.

What challenge were you trying to address with Synoriq?

We wanted to develop an iOS app. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Synoriq developed the backend of our iOS mobile application from scratch. We provided a draft of the walkthrough of the backend for them to use. Once they had this information, they developed the app’s backend using React Native. 

On the app, users could view our content after logging in. After users fill out a questionnaire, we can provide them with specific courses to consume. After seven days, the system prompts users to pay for the services.

I worked with four teammates, including engineers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Synoriq was only responsible for the development, so any user metrics can not be attributed to them. Therefore, we measured Synoriq’s success by whether or not they could deliver an app that performed well on time. They made sure to deliver a relatively bug-free app that wasn’t too big. 

How did Synoriq perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was good at delivering on time. Typically, we communicated with Synoriq through emails — they were very responsive. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provided great support; one teammate with experience on our project was always available to answer questions and solve problems. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was happy with their service. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers should let Synoriq provide end-to-end mobile app development, not just backend work. They have a huge team, and doing that will be more cost effective for the customer.
