Synodus worked closely with us providing the development and construction of the app from scratch. They were very specific when it came to mapping the UX/UI so that it could be easy to use. Once the designs for the sites had been agreed on they created the front end sides of the site as well as the back end sides to boot.

Further, they also created a moderator application ensuring that moderator can do their work in the easiest and efficient manner concerning the activities of the users.

All the goals were achieved and the app was developed and approved for the downloading in both Google Play and Apple App Store. The project has been a success as demonstrated by the positive real user feedback and gradually increasing popularity among our target customers.

For our telecom services Synodus analysts created a delivery and billing application from scratch. It also allowed our field technicians to record numerous service installations and sales directly into a mobile solution. It was connected to our back end ERP system using APIs to have an interactive real time synchronization of customer database, inventory and sales.

Several functionalities for the creation of precise service invoices at the place and for the immediate transmission of those particulars to our ERP as well as accounting systems were integrated into the app. It went further to suggest that supervisors could track field activities in real-time through a dedicated backend panel whereby a calendar view of various service visits could be planned for in future.

The automate solution also greatly minimized the possibility of data entry mistakes, increased more appropriate monitoring of service installations in production, improved interaction between the field and office personnel.
