I’m the program consultant at Iron Systems Inc., an IT company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SYNETA | IT & Digital Solutions?

We needed engineering resources.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Based on the requirements we share, SYNETA provides engineers for our different projects located throughout Turkey. In one case, I required a dedicated L1 engineer. The engineer works directly with our clients, supporting their users onsite. If there are any problems with our client’s laptops, software, or hardware, SYNETA’s engineer will help them. The projects always last at least one year but are always extended.

What is the team composition?

My contact person is Jérémy (Managing Partner). We don’t speak to the engineers or technicians directly.

How did you come to work with SYNETA | IT & Digital Solutions?

When I came to this company, they were already a partner.

How much have you invested with them?

The budget is $3,000 for this project. Our investment depends on the budget that our customer gives us.

What is the status of this engagement?

The most recent project has been running since February 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I always have a wonderful experience with SYNETA. They’re helpful and provide 100% support, leading to 100% satisfaction. There have been hiccups here and there, but they handle them very nicely.

How did SYNETA | IT & Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

All I have to do is tell Jérémy the requirements, location, and budget of the project and he provides an engineering candidate for us to interview. If we don’t select that resource, SYNETA provides another profile. I’d rate them an 8–9 out of 10.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SYNETA is always supportive. They’re available to talk through and help us with whatever we require. They always find a solution that is beneficial for both our customers and us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There aren’t any issues. I’ve been working with SYNETA for two years and I don’t have anything for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should work with them. They’re a good team.
