We’ve had different projects with them, but the most recent one is aimed to increase our presence on social media and to promote our products.

I know the company’s manager personally, and I knew they had done projects with real estate companies before. When this project came up I decided to contact him.

I have been working with them for about 2 years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had good results in general, it has changed over time. When the results are not as good we have communicated with them and they immediately make the necessary adjustments. In general, the results have been very good.

How did SYNERGIA MKT DIGITAL perform from a project management standpoint?

They have always met all deadlines, we have never encountered any issues with them regarding their project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills were the most impressive to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could delegate some things. They often manage everything themselves, but I think they could be more efficient if they would delegate some parts of the job such as design to a third company.
