Synapse Arrows Pte. Ltd.

Synapse Arrows Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based AI consultancy founded in 2023 by Michie Yamaguchi, formerly of Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and an MUFG-affiliated think tank. We work in English and Japanese.

AI visibility and GEO/AEO: we run ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity with web search on, ask the questions your customers actually use, and show who gets recommended, which sources the AIs rely on and where they describe you wrongly. Then we fix listings, service pages, structured data and content, and re-measure every month.

Corporate AI training and adoption: generative AI training for executives, managers and staff, department use cases, internal rules and adoption roadmaps.

AI agent development: MCP support, agent design, model selection and operations.

Cross-border consulting: Southeast Asia market entry from our Singapore base, and Japan market entry for Singapore companies.

Published pricing: AI Recommendation Audit from S$2,500 (one-off); improvement retainer from S$3,500 per month (3-month minimum). We never guarantee AI rankings.

We also operate KanseiLINK (kansei-link.com), an independent rating agency for how ready SaaS products are for AI agents. Its ARI Award 2026 Summer verified 200 Japanese SaaS products against vendor primary sources. KanseiLINK ratings cannot be bought or changed through a consulting contract.
